Under The Lens: Lexeme

A lexeme is the fundamental unit of the lexicon of a language. It roughly corresponds to the set of forms taken by a single word. For example in the English language find, finds, found and finding are forms of the same lexeme, conventionally written as find. A lexicon or dictionary lists all the lexemes of a particular language in alphabetical order.
